SLIGANT SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
SHIPPING
- Our desire is to have you receive your items in good condition and within a reasonable timeframe. Our delivery timelines are only an estimate. We use Canada Post for most of our delivery and on the average, it takes between 7-15 business days for packages to be delivered to customers. Once packages are sent to our shipping provider (which is between 2-3 business days of placing your orders), arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected.
We are, however, not held responsible for the following mistakes and errors.
- Where wrong addresses are provided by customers
- Any Postal issues faced by the Postal services in delivery your items
- Stolen packages on account of package being left at postal offices.

CANADIAN ORDERS
Orders within Canada are shipped with Canada Post through standard mail (unless otherwise indicated by the customer). This standard mail delivery can take anywhere between 7-15 business days (with the exclusion of holidays and weekends).
USA ORDERS
Orders within USA are shipped with Canada Post through standard mail (unless otherwise indicated by the customer). This standard mail delivery can take anywhere between 7-21 business days (with the exclusion of holidays and weekends).
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer international delivery. If you are buying from outside of Canda or USA, please use an address in Canada or USA where your orders can be delivered to.
DEFECTS,
It is our earnest desire to deliver quality products to you. If you feel you received a defective product, please. contact us at support@sligant.com within 2 days of receiving your package with photos of the product and order number.
RETURNS
Due to the delicate nature of our items, we unfortunately do not accept returns on items sold at this time. If you have any issues with the items you received, please contact us at support@sligant.com
EXCHANGES
We currently do not accept exchange for any items sold online. However, if you have any problem with your order, please contact us at support@sligant.com . We will always be happy to help find other ways to address your concern.
